Welcome to Azel AI. These Terms of Service govern your deployment and use of our enterprise intelligence layer, including our core product nodes: Inventra, BillEase, CareerLift, and TeamHub. By accessing our ecosystem, you agree to the architectural standards and protocols outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Architecture

By deploying Azel AI, you acknowledge that you are integrating a unified business nervous system designed to synchronize inventory, billing, and talent growth. Your use of the platform constitutes a binding agreement to these terms.

2. Provision of Intelligence Services

Azel AI provides automated business logic, including:

  • Predictive Stock Control: Automated reordering and demand forecasting via Inventra.
  • Global Finance Engine: Multi-currency billing and automated GST/VAT compliance through BillEase.
  • Talent Growth Tools: AI-scored resume building and ATS optimization via CareerLift.
  • Operations Management: High-security vaulting for assets, SOPs, and contracts via TeamHub.

3. Synchronized Node Integrity

  • Uptime: We commit to a 99.9% Uptime SLA, ensuring zero-latency data processing across your global nodes.
  • Security: All enterprise data is protected by AES-256 end-to-end encryption.
  • Access: Users must maintain strict Role-Based Access (RBAC) protocols to protect the integrity of the corporate nervous system.

4. Data Interoperability & Ownership

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership of all raw data synchronized through the Azel AI layer.
  • Interoperability: You grant Azel AI the right to process this data to execute Seamless Interoperability between your various business nodes (e.g., syncing a sale in BillEase to a stock adjustment in Inventra).
  • Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that all data uploaded meets GDPR and global data sovereignty standards.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Bypassing the intelligence layer’s security architecture.
  • Reverse-engineering the neural algorithms used for predictive logistics or ATS scoring.
  • Using the platform to process fraudulent financial transactions.

6. Termination of Sync

Azel AI reserves the right to suspend any enterprise node that poses a threat to the integrity of the synchronized multi-cloud environment. Upon termination, your data will be available for export in accordance with our data sovereignty protocols.

7. Limitation of Liability

Azel AI is the architectural layer designed to automate and harmonize business data. While we strive for 100% data integrity, Azel AI is not liable for indirect losses resulting from manual stock discrepancies or third-party API interruptions outside of our core synchronized nodes.
